In town from west Ky. Took my niece there for her birthday dinner. I don't think the food would have been bad if it had been served hot! Obviously had sat in a window for some time! I wasn't paying $100.00 for a cold meal!!! They offered to replace but we had already been there an hour and not too trusting of food after having a complaint!!! Made me feel bad I couldn't get my niece the meal she wanted on her birthday!!! Ended up going to Dairy queen!

The worst I've ever had. I guess they were short staffed but i ordered an app. It came out cool and greasy. The manager reworked it and brought out the fresh food. We aced our order and sat for 2+ hrs with no word. I finally got my salad put the dressing on it then realized we never got utensils. By that time I was over it and just asked for the kids food to go and pay for what I had, won't go again. Idk whats happened there but nope.

The staff was great. Our waitress was fantastic. The quality of the food has changed the past few times we have eaten there. It just didn't taste that great. The lobster tail had very little meat in it. The steak was fairly tuff as well. But hey, the biscuits were phenomenal!

So I've order several time from here via DoorDash and never had a issue. Today not only is my order not correct but it's missing items. I've ordered the seaside trio I replaced the fried shrimp with a scampi. I got the fried shrimp and missing the scampi along with the biscuit lol. I was given butter and sour cream but no bake potato. Maybe next time

You may pay ahead and select curbside pickup when you place your order. Then drive up to one of the designated curbside pickup parking spots at the restaurant where you placed the order, and call the phone number indicated on the sign at the parking space to let the restaurant know you have arrived. A Red Lobster employee will bring your order hot and fresh to your car.
