Called up and asked for someone specifically who could cut THICK hair and asked for a root touch up and to take the bulk out of my hair with razor cut or texturing. They gave me Christianne who charged me $110 (without tip) for root touch up and thinning shears. I have thinning shears! My normal girl who has been flaking out on me lately which I told Christianne. This would have been a great opportunity for her to have secured a new Regular customer, but instead she blew it and used THINNING SHEARS! By the way my normal girl charges $70 and does 2x the work. I think I will stick to my flakey stylist.

Mara gave me a frizz free blow-out on this very humid day. Wouldn't go anywhere else when I'm in the area.

A few nights ago I posted a review, and I was having a bad personal day. So, to my infinite regret, I complained about masking when not only has the masking requirement been eliminated but this salon is my absolute favorite weekly experience. And I’m always given the option of my stylist wearing a mask. This is like a home away from home for me. I leave feeling renewed and beautiful, which is an incredible treat for me. I don’t know what possessed me. Please ignore the complaining part. You have no idea how I love this salon and its stylists. 💜😇💕
