Not on the base itself, you can however take pictures of the tanks, helicopter, and boat at the entrance. The only things you need to take note of when doing so are to not photograph the base or the NSA building across the street. If you do come by, make sure to park in the small parking lot next to the 2 tan tanks, you'll see other cars parked there as that's also where security parks. If you have other questions along this line, the guards can generally answer them for you.

There is no sew shop on post. The PX typically sends uniform items to be sewn to the alterations shop on Hill AFB.
