Very negative experience today. I arrived at the store to make a simple exchange where an employee rather rudely informed me through a door he would only barely crack open that they were closing for lunch between 12:45 and 2 -- never mind that I was there at 12:43, and that's way too long for lunch. I explained that all I needed to do was make a quick exchange and I would leave. He refused to let me in and locked the door. He probably spent more time arguing with me than it would have taken to do the exchange. I wasted an hour of a beautiful day going all the way to Georgetown just for the store to be closed on a whim. Instead of exchanging my shirt, I will now probably return everything I bought at Patagonia two weeks ago -- they clearly don't need the business. Shop elsewhere.

While I personally prefer to order online, this store is always an incredible place to visit to see the items before we actually buy it. The store is very clean and the staff is kind. :)

Lots of options but not as wide as what is available online. And expensive too. But the staff was super helpful.
