Was told it would take an hour for oil change. If they were running behind I was not notified. I was there 2 hours with my 4 year old. Then apparently I have all 4 of my tires leaking air.... uh no, no it wasn't. But I guess now they made it that way. Never had an issue with my tires leaking, but they are now. Will not be coming back here.

My calendar said that my appointment was at 8 evidently it was at 9:15 It's 9:53 now so I don't know when I'm gonna get my car back. Got car at 10:00. Ed was very kind. He is the only one that check for me. i give him a 5.
