Dont rent a tux if you need it shipped. Place is ran by clowns. Told me I would get a call for final adjustment then it would be shipped. Tux was supposedly shipped, called the store it was shipped to. They didn't have it. Tux never left. Total cluster@#$%.

Yes. I recommend going on the weekday as weekends can be busy. You want their attention and don't want to be rushed because there are folks in line behind you.
