If I was able to give less than 1 star I would have. Last week I received an offer of $5700 from Empire for a diamond that had been measured at 3+ carets by 4 other jewelers. Today I returned to sell it to them for $5700 but was told that he'd only give me $1000 per caret and it was less than 3 carets. He lied to me! Seller beware.

Asked about a piece of jewelry in their case and they told me “I don’t know look it up on our ebay”, they didn’t even attempt to look or ask someone else. They were rude and spoke poorly about my 90 year old grandma to me who was parked outside the store. A man yelled at her twice that she couldn’t park their even though we were simply finishing up a transaction, we were there less than 5 minutes, and nobody else was there. I would not do business with again.
