I put a maintenance request in for a clogged drain in the guest bath. The maintenance staff showed up the same day and resolved the problem.

Was really nice but i wasnt paying for it, so dont know the value. Door was broken the entire second week in was there. Had r o he buzzes in. Also had to wait outside if receptionist was on break

I have stayed at other Sonders and loved it but here, it was a mess. I stayed 9 days and couldn't get anyone to fix a broken dishwasher, broken shelf in the refrigerator and outlets that weren't working. And the fob key access was a nightmare. I got locked out a few times and couldn't get anyone to reset it. Asking to be let into the gym was like asking for a kidney. No joke. I skipped going at times because front staff were not happy to have to let me in. I know other Sonders are great but not this building. I would have extended my trip but wasn't worth it.
