AQ Rittenhouse is perfectly located amongst the parks, restaurants, bars and shops of the Rittenhouse neighborhood. The building and apartments are clean, spacious, and completely updated. Staff is friendly and responsive and maintenance is exceptional. This is a great value if you want to live in one of the best neighborhoods that Philly has to offer.
