Professional and consistently excellent place. I had been coming here for years and Fabian has been handling my items perfectly. I brought shoes and bags to be refurbished. Also before I even wear shoes for the first time I’ll bring them here for sole protection, tip and shoes tree. The way I walk i often unfortunately damaged the tips of my shoes. As if I was kicking every curb I see. Fabian has recommended rubber soles for the bottom (shoes dont wear much) and clear tips for the front slightly lifting up the front and now I keep the tips of shoes without a scratch. Plus you don’t see the little additional piece. Such small detail and inexpensive but what a great job it does. I brought all of my high end shoes here and I especially like how they have soles matching the bottom on Louboutin shoes. Perfect red. They fixed and replaced matching crystals and painted my damaged colorful and metallic shoes so well where you cannot see there was any issue to begin with. Before I come and bring my loot I always make sure Fabian is there. He is very friendly, efficient and I trust him completely. I just come to the store to pick up order of 6-15 pairs (I brought my whole shoe closet in over about 3 year period for proactive protective sole cover and tips)of shoes at the time and I don’t even check them and inspect them until I unpack them at home. I never had an issue. And I never had any mix up. I also had few pairs stretched to fit better and they turn few Crystal flip flops into beautiful wedges for me. I am happy I find this place. Highly recommended.

Nothing but the best words to say about this place! I first discovered it 5 years and have been trusting them with my shoes and bags ever since. I have never not had a positive experience with a repair that they have done, they literally bring the most beat up shoes back to life and in all materials, they always leave them looking brand new. I no longer live in NY but still bring a few pairs of shoes with me when I travel so they can have a look at them. The staff is also incredible, everyone at the front is so nice and helpful. Will forever recommend The Leather Spa and will always bring my shoes and bags here.
