Worst service ever , hate the monopoly of school on where to buy the uniforms . 2 1/2 hours just to tell me all the stuff is back order . Once it arrived another 2 hours just to pick up . Quality of a toddler $24 dollar pants is the same as the $8 target or cater brand .

Staff is kind but when it’s busy it’s a nightmare. The system they have should be improved. It took me 1 hour to buy 1 cardigan. You need lots of patience to go here.

2022: Our previous experience with this store was very good but lately not so much. We went a few weeks ago for gym shorts. They had them in the store but said it was going to be a bit a while before they were ready even though the store was not that busy. We were short on time that day, so we could not wait. I asked if they would mail us the shorts, but said they cannot since they were in the store. It took us a while to finally be able to get back to the store since it is a bit of a drive. Went today with the paid receipt just to pick up the shorts. Line was crazy which is obviously not the store's fault. I told the security guard that I was just there to pick up the paid for shorts. He said I had to stand in line. The appearance of the line was such that it was going to take possibly close to two hours, and I was just there for a pick up which they refused to mail. Staff refused to talk to me or even check why I was there. I called the store and nobody picked up and wound up leaving message letting them know I am outside. No response. Left. Another wasted trip to Flynn O'Hara. 2021: We went last week to get uniforms. Not only did we find everything we needed, but Kim and Diane went really far out of their way to help us. I would definitely come again to this store. Thank you.
