One of my favorite waterfalls in Maine. Easy hike up the waterfall, maybe 15-20 min. Depending how fast you hike. Beautiful views and if you go down the steep edge you can swim! Like we did ! Keep nature clean and beautiful ❤️

Great place to visit! Very easy walk in to see the falls, I have been there a few times. This last trip a few trees where down across the path. If you go stop at the Hawks Nest restaurant around the corner!!! Awesome place.

Can you swim? Do you jump off a waterfall?

Max Evarts | Mar 19, 2021

You can definitely swim in the pools below the falls. Don't think jumping off the surrounding rocks or falls would be a good idea. Heads up that you need to climb down and back up a very steep path to get to the swimming spot below the falls. Good shoes highly recommended.
