I have lived here for 3 years now. The property manager Mari, is such a knowledgeable, experienced and helpful property manager. I have never had any issues getting things fixed or questions answered. All repairs have been taken care of the same day and the maintenance staff are all experienced. The apartments are up to date and very comfortable. The location is optimal to everything. Mall, downtown, airport, uncw, cape fear community college and grocery stores. I highly recommend for both families and single people alike.

If you have lost your keys, you may have new keys made at our office during business hours for a small fee.
If you are locked out during business hours, you can come to the office to be let back in your apartment or garage. Please do not call emergency maintenance. You must call a locksmith if you are locked out after normal business hours.
Forest Hills has community BBQ area; grills are not allowed on balconies/patios
Yes, there are cable companies that service this area. You can ask our leasing office for more deals from our local cable/internet representative!
We require a 60-day written notice, which you are responsible for, prior to move-out. If you need to move-out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in 60 days prior to the lease expiring to provide your written notice.
Yes, if someone is temporarily staying with you, please let the office know so we can accommodate for parking. If someone is permanently moving in they will need to fill out an application to be added to your lease agreement.
You may call the office, send an e-mail, or leave a message with the answering service. You may also submit work orders online if you are enrolled in our online services.
If you love our apartments and your friend wants to move to Forest Hills, please let our office know! However, we do not have a resident referral program.
Yes, service members can break their lease without penalty in certain circumstances through the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Please contact the property manager as soon as possible in this situation. You will need to provide written notice and a copy of your military orders.
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee will vary depending of the size of the apartment. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.
Up to 3 pets, cats or dogs, are allowed, with a total of 2 dogs. There is a $300 pet fee per pet, and pet rent is $25 per month per pet. Our full pet policy can be viewed on our pet policy page.
You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.
Rent is always due on or before the first of the month; however, if you do not pay all rent on or before the 5th day of the month, youll pay a late charge of 5% of the rental payment or $15.00, whichever is greater.
