Great spot, awesome views and lots of trees. We like to stop at Hortensia's Cliffhanger, grab something to go, cruse over to Baylis and sit at one of the tables and eat. Great spot!

Sometimes, but right now, no. You have to go to higher elevations, still lots of snow in big Bear.
