My favorite Phat Boy Sushi location so far! I came for dinner but wasn’t too hungry, so I decided to check out their happy hour specials, which run everyday from 3-6pm. Btw, I heard all their locations are open until midnight Mon-Sun. Wow that’s late! Anyways, I ordered the “Salmon Sushi Trio”, which is half cooked by torch and the other half still raw. It was simply exquisite! I also ordered the “Torpedo Shrimp”, which was also a real delight. I’m not much for fried foods but this dish was so perfectly done with its crispy outer coating and delicious katsu/mayo sauce for dipping, it truly satisfied my taste buds. I will certainly order both of these items again.

Awesome place. Good vibes, excellent sushi! Menu has a great variety. Definitely will be back. They also have good selection of cocktails.

Its so good, that when i walkin, everyone stops. And then the music slowly fades in. "Yummy.... Yummy, Yummy YUMMY I GOT Love in my tummy!"
