Kim was so awesome, We lost my Dad. My Dad was my hero and heart. From the time my Dad went to be with the Lord early that Sun. morning.Every single person with Quattlebaum was so caring, gentle, and no other word but loving.From the gentlemen that came and picked him up. They all gave their heartfelt condolences along with respect.My Dad's arrangements for his memorial was decided the very next day. Kim met us walked us through every step. They even offered a grief counselor Geri. Kim kept us posted on the progress of the service every step.We walked into his service in Awe. What a amazing job everyone did! Our Daughters and even our Grandchildren 13 and 9 we're crying with love and gratitude at what a wonderful memorial they had set up.Pastor Mike also was there throughout the service for everything from batteries to light up led candles we brought ( but forgot batteries) to holding my hand and praying with me while my heart was breaking. They represented my Father's life with such a amazing tribute as if they had known him and loved him as we did. Thank you all from our hearts. I highly recommend Quattlebaum at Memorial Gardens.

Plz be aware of initial contact with funeral director after your loved one has passed away. Insist on itemized costs as I was lured into many items that I was not made aware of. Final surprising cost was shared only after I signed contract. Don’t make same mistake I did and demand a itemized bill before signing contract.

Have been waiting almost 4 months for sod to be laid on my nephews grave. Was initially provided a 12 wk estimate, have been calling back once a week to follow up They state they will find out and call you back, have yet to hear back. Weeds have taken over my nephews site, it's not a pretty site for his kids to visit and spend time with their dad there. I have even offered solutions on getting them some decent Sod vendors, here we are 4 months in, quite a few calls later and no sod. They did have a delivery and assured me it would be installed from thay delivery, never happened.
