I just got food this bk 3029 I ask whopper of boiler cut in half It has a goos quality of food but never got it cut in half then in window i had ask the employee for napkins and ketchup they don’t even put napkins I think manager should be mover in top employee to training them be nicer to the costumer even the manager in duty they need be more communication with costumer it has a pure attitude and communication

This is the worst experience I have ever had in any burger king in my 30 years of being a customer. I ordered a simple bacon cheeseburger small fries and coke and it took nearly 37 minutes to get my order. As I was standing there waiting a customer returned with a whopper which he claims was to be made with no ketchup and mayo and the employee took that open sandwich closed the wrapper and put it back on the line. Then he gave the customer another whopper and the other one was given to someone who went through the drive thru window without knowing that it had been tampered by another customer. This is just the beginning of the complaints I plan to file. My next step is corporate office. WAIT FOR IT!!!

Actually, this particular Burger King (northeast corner of NW 37th Ave. & NW 7th Street) is currently undergoing a complete renovation. The square footage of this store has been increased along with the addition of a play area for kids. With this fact being understood about this store, patrons must choose another store to patronize. Most of the stores do have safety dividers at the counters, though there is not much protocol beyond that when it comes to Covid safety. Just the same that most patrons don't practice six- foot distancing between each other. With this fact being established, my recommendation is to use the drive-through when patronizing this type of restaurant. Remember, the choice is yours and an undeniable right. Tell them Jay sent you.
Friday and Saturday from 6:00 am - 2:00 am Sunday to Thursday from 6:00 am - 12:00 am.
I think sometimes it's because of the attention that workers give. Sometimes it is time to ask for the key to enter the bathroom and they are always busy and do not pay the necessary attention to you. And only when one gets angry is when they do things quickly. But it is not the only restaurant that does this.
