This review is long overdue.... We hired Todd & his crew at Turn Key to build our office building on Route 2 in Bethel. At the time, I was new in the world of development/construction and had no idea the number of details these guys had to manage for us on a daily basis during the process. From the initial design, to earthwork, septic, well drilling, permitting, etc (it goes on and on), Turn Key did an amazing job handling it all. Upon completion they handed us the keys to our beautiful building which, thanks to Turn Key, we receive regular compliments on. These guys are the ones to choose, save yourself some time reading reviews from 10 different builders and hire them.

From start, to finish... Todd came to the property before I even bought it to help evaluate whether it was worth the effort, then came out again to stake out my dream home. The office staff was very helpful in assisting with design plans, colors, and useful ideas. My project manager David, and his crew, brought a drawing on graph paper into the real world. David proved to be a man like myself: the details matter. It's either done right, or it isn't done at all. I was always in the loop, any question, no matter how ridiculous, was answered promptly. The house was done ON TIME, and REASONABLY CLOSE TO THE BUDGET. I moved into my new home, and like the name implies, it was "Turn Key" ready. I am thankful, and deeply impressed. Jim Koester

I have changed the rating because it was better explained to me the process that needs to be done before any work can be done as far as landscaping here in Maine. That said .... I love the work they did on my house. We did a VA funded land home package with them. Ena, Jon and Tara kept us well informed for the most part every step of the way. If we had any questions they would answer them as best they could and if they didnt know the answer (which wasn't often) the would get it. My house was completed on time for the most part other than delays outside of the norm. Other than some issues with my understand and some of the subcontractors the whole process was painless. I would still recommend them to anyone looking to build a house here in Maine. However; There are piles of cement that was left by a subcontractor and bolts left all around the house.

I have recently teamed up with Turn Key Homes to help me build my dream home. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone that works with and for this company. Building a new home has so many obstacles, and I had no idea where to start. After numerous months of research with other companies and comparing those procedures to the procedures at Turn Key, it was an easy decision to choose to work with Turn Key. From start until finish ( last week) They have kept us involved the entire step of the way, addressing any concerns or questions without hesitation. They welcomed us on the site to inspect, check it out, ask questions and remain involved. Our project did run into a few minor issues, but with their expertise and experience it wasn't anything they couldn't handle. They addressed the issues with our input and their knowledge promptly. By far the best experience building a house, they were very upstanding and knowledgeable through out the process. It was more relieving to see how quickly they were able to start the project and complete it fully. They stand behind their word, and this is a quality that is hard to find. They took care of everything from start to finish, allowing our family to focus on other aspects and not stress about the project underway. Anyone looking to build a new home, I absolutely recommend Turn Key homes! My family and I are glad we did our research before choosing a company to work with to make our dream come true. So many companies make empty promises, or promise you the moon. Turn Key kept it simple and honest from the beginning. Their entire team was absolutely wonderful to work with. TURN KEY HOMES OF MAINE ROCKS!!!!!
