I recently had my kitchen and bath remodeled. At first I was really nervous but after going to their showroom and speaking to their sales staff, I instantly got excited. They sent a templater out the next day after I came to the showroom and he came out with a laser template machine and was very professional. The salesperson contacted me when my template was back and I had my kitchen and bath installed within 10 days. The installers were extremely neat and professional. I love my countertops and would highly recommend this company.

Poor installation, cracks filled with clear epoxy, each edge has a different finish, some smooth, some rough, some radius, some sharp edge and some not finished at all. Avoid these amateurs at all cost. Nothing like spending 30k on a kitchen to have the counters make it all look like garbage.

It was not our fault that the shipping Gramazini USA facility loaded the damaged product. Even with a friendly manner and trying to figure the issue out, the broker’s this Trident Transport, LLC company refused to pay!
