Went for a interview today..knew soon as i walked in what type of call center it was. Mary Beth and the man at the front desk was the only one who was very professional and kind. However , the trainer /supervisor Justine was so unorganized and all over the place. Interview took about 2 hrs because everyone was running around trying to figure out what was going on.. only to be told "no". Definitely was a blessing in disguise because i ended up getting a call back for the job i really wanted literally after i left this place today..this call center is really just like the rest of them...
