This place need better management, for a return you wait on the same line as people buying or changing plans, although your waiting 10 to 15 min the person in the front who take your name can take the returns and give you a receipt. One minute that all it takes

Xfinity and Comcast offer the worse level of internet and customer service available. Unless it's your only option, seek service elsewhere. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
I will be spending the summer out of Florida.
What do I need to do about my Comcast billing. Can I still access my Florida desktop computer from out of State. What can I do to save money while I am not a t home.

Good question? But I think you can still access your account but you can also call comcast and speak with someone in billing and they answer this better then me I wish you all the best.
I need to cancel my account. What needs to be done? My Mom passed away snd I live out of state.

Very very sorry to hear about your loss. If you're on the account you can call them and cancel service they may have procedures in place when a loved one has passed away. You might also just call if you have all your mom's information and tell them that you're her and ask them to close the account

I have a comcast router-modem. I want to replace it with a Netgear router-modem. Do I have to inform/provide comcast with information before disconnecting the comcast unit before installing the new unit?

I believe so. I've scheduled my visit to replace mine by calling ahead to make sure they do have a piece of equipment in their posession
You can but it's usually not that busy after 5, so you can just walk in and it'd probably take about the same, but anytime before 5 I'd go with the appointment
Call 800 number. They will connect you to that store. Or set up appointment. That's how they have it set up.. ☺ then ya go to store and wait or tech comes to your home 😊
