My favorite place to spend money. I'm a regular shopper here and they know who I am. Awesome staff to work with and they understand and don't try to argue with me and tell me the parts I'm using aren't going to work with what I'm using them for... (AutoZone and Napa cough cough). Very knowledgeable people work here and can help you with a lot. ALSO they still honor the "warranty something once no questions asked" just be some one they trust.

Very poor customer service I was in line in there with 4 other people waiting.They only had one register open six people working in the back. Customers are just walking out because they're not being helped. I waited for 20 minutes in line and the people in the back they see the big line and don't do nothing about it.I will never go back to that place.It's not the first time that has happened to me in that Location With them. I walked back and I put all my stuff away and I went straightTo AutoZone.I've been faithful customer to O'Reilly's for over 28 years. I will no longer go with them ever again.
