Solid experience with these folks! I was pleasantly shocked my ipad was found after losing it in MIA a few weeks prior. It was in great shape and they FEDExed it to me the next day (I paid, but that's to be expected). they were courteous and responsive. Thank you for your help!!!

A huge thanks to Laeticia from the lost and found service. With her help I retrieve my Ipad lost in American airlines aircraft. Even if I already open a report the AA lost service, only her call to American Airlines services allow me to retrieve my device. (we don't know what there are waiting to contact me...) Really helpfull and professional !! A great thanks again. --> A french traveller.

It's on the 4th floor and you can check in person but they're only open until 6pm.

You can pick up one of the white information phones and ask or you can go to Lost Objects that opens at 8 a.m. to find out if they have it.

I have lost my bag in Miami airport on the 27/09/18 and it has not been found. I submitted a report online and have yet to receive closure on the report. How long will I have to wait before the report is closed?
