There is no starbucks near Ross anymore - luckily 5 min walk there is another location - 808 Ocean Beach Hwy, Longview, WA 98632, United States (drive-through available)

3rd time going through drive thru. Ordereded NO CAFFEINE!!!! Get to the window to get my drink. Guess what... it had caffeine in it!! U can tell by the color. Gonna have to find a new place that follows directions!!

Unfortunately it is only available in London UK area for a short time. There is no indication of it coming to the USA yet sadly.
