Used to be the good one then randomly closed now open and not busy at all but the lady said 30 to 40 min wait for check verification they used to just do it at the window

Probably the worst Bank of America I have ever been to and I have been with Bank of America for over 15 years. Lines are always to the door and one teller behind the line. I understand that there is to be an engager at the door, but I also understand that when one team mate is drowning you get a drawer and help out. Very disappointed.

They desperately need to hire more tellers. The wait is always very long. There isnt even lanes to do it from your car. They do have 3 outside ATMs which I use if possible. The ATM sometimes has an issue where if you print your receipt, it gives you the person before you's receipt. Which does bother me because the next person will get my receipt.

I hope you don't need to see a teller, you might be waiting In line for over 30 minutes. Literally over 30 mins every time I come here. Then the teller wants to gossip. No... wants to talk about someone we both know, but she barley even knows, why are you trying to get in our biz? And what she was saying is not even true... you want to gossip make sure you've got the truth so you don't look so stupid talking about people and a situation you know nothing about.
