The staff is very kind when I ever I come. They are very helpful and care so much for the people who come there. I know what it’s like to work in customer service role and it’s hectic when your short handed especially in this time. So I completely understand that it is going to take time to get waited on cause everyone is trying to maintain there accounts accurately, so any customer who goes there should know they are not the center of attention and need to understand that how a bank works. Also I’ve been there and customers yelled at the staff who are taking care of other customers. Maybe they should put themselves in the shoes of the bank employees and see how hectic it is. We all can’t work in easy jobs like some entitled customers.

It's bad enough they closed the drive-thru, forcing me to come inside. Today I waited TWENTY minutes to be helped by a teller (after 15 minutes I complained, and it still took them another 5 minutes to get an extra teller). There were six people behind me, and we all watched as bank employees wandered aimlessly about in the giant, empty bank. No one seemed at all apologetic that we were wasting our lunch hours there. I will not walk into this bank again. I am officially searching for something else. Such a shame. I've been a long-time customer.

Poor customer service, though the staff members are free, they don’t care to attend you. Please avoid this branch. Horrible experience, thinking to move to Chase or other banks. Half of the staff are idle and not paying any attention to the customers. I had to wait almost 2 hours in this location.

You seriously need to staff this location better. I come here almost every day to make a deposit for my employers and no matter what time I arrive, I have at least a 30min wait in the lobby for a teller. It is completely ridiculous for a bank this large to not be properly staffed in one of the biggest business districts in St Louis. The staff that you do have here are at least friendly and patient. I am thankful that I do not have any personal business with this bank.
