I set up an appointment online to start an account. I was greeted by Michelle in the lobby at the scheduled time. She was friendly and professional and walked me through several options. She followed up two weeks later to see if I had any trouble accessing online banking. No complaints.

Absolutely horrible. I have a personal and business account with this bank, and I seriously regret opening both. The customer service here is nonexistent. I called earlier this afternoon, was told they would have someone call me back in 20 minutes, and 3 hours later, I had to call to follow up. Their branch manager is unhelpful and extremely condescending. Would not recommend AT ALL.

Do not go to this bank. I used them for a simple auto loan and it’s been a nightmare. I’ve been through 3 different loan officers, none of which know how to initiate/complete the auto loan process. They all told me inaccurate information. They have now lost my original title and documents needed to register my vehicle and no one at this branch was of any assistance. I’m left to fix the situation on my own with no guidance.

As a business owner I did not have a good experience with this PNC Bank. I was charged fees right after I opened the account without my approval and had to spend a lot of time going from manager to manager to end up with a partial refund when I never used the service. Closed the account down months later and they tacked on some unexpected fees that they would not remove and cited their earlier refund as the reason even though they were actually at fault. ***Update: When I closed the account I asked if there would be any other fees and paid whatever the balance was to close the account down. They said no more fee's and the account would be closed in 24 hours. I then found out 2 weeks later they didn't actually close the account and there was a $12 service fee and a charge for some subscription that went through since the account was still open. Had to call again to get the mistake taken care of.
