I've been with Keybank for about 2 years now. I've only had to go into branch once & it was during the pandemic so I had to make an appointment online. I went in the next day to my appointment & was greeted immediately & sent to the person I had appointment with. I waited max 3 minutes. The person helped me with my issue & I had my answers within 15 minutes. Great service & friendly customer service agents.

NEVER I repeat NEVER go to this bank on a Saturday! They only have 2 tellers and you will be waiting for an hr in line! KeyBank you really need to open up more locations on Saturday’s or you will be losing business!
