No washer dryer hook up. Very large bedrooms and units altogether are really large. Lots of natural light. Common areas are well kept.
Dogs and domestic cats weighing less than 25 pounds are allowed. We have a beautiful dog park on the premises. Pending approval by management, most breeds of dogs are acceptable. Dogs must not act aggressive at any time or bark excessively.
Utility costs such as water/sewer/trash/gas/electricity are included in a flat rate utility package, currently priced at $100 /month for 1 Bedroom apartments and $120/month for 2 bedroom apartments.
The cost to move in is a deposit of $1,500 for a one bedroom apartment or a deposit of $2,500 for a two bedroom apartment plus first month’s rent, utilities and proof of renters insurance.
Lease terms can vary based on expirations. Variable move in date range (premiums can apply). Short term lease terms are available with a monthly premium.
