Asked to have the air turned on to fill up stroller tires because I didn't have quarters and although I thought air was meant to be free they still wouldn't turn it on for a mother and child walking in a stroller. Wont ever pump here again.

The old bald dude and lady with white hair cashier's would never work for my business the way they talk to customers, no prices are shown for most drinks/items on the shelf. I was not given a receipt and called back to make sure I got the correct change for the old baldy was disrespectful on the phone but nice in person, told me his smoke break is more important. I will never go here again, suggest the same for you if you like to be respected. 0/5 stars honestly

This Shell station has poor customer service. First of all, the man didn't ask if I had a rewards card. Any other Shell's station I've been in that's the first thing I'm asked. So, as I remind him can I use my rewards he makes a deep sigh....then I see I have $0.12 off a gallon I decide to increase my amount for gas..oh why did I do that. That must be tedious process, because as he did that he conveniently didn't include my rewards; therefore, I paid full amount for gas. Yeah...I thought that was the slogan for Shell... where members never pay full amount....Jokes on the customer here
