We have purchased two motorized scooters and a lift chair from Energize and have been very, very satisfied with both the products and the service we received from them. Bought a power wheelchair and a lift chair here: after 3 days of excruciating back pain and thrown off the chair I have bone cancer and tumors that press on my spine. I spoke to Dan told him what happened did he offer refund. NO Did I try to negotiate yes still refused pointing out all sales final: Nebraska law states it must be posted in a conspicuous place register etc. Went there Saturday NO signs: This man robbed me 4700 dollars: Don’t purchase anything from him you will regret it he does not stand behind his products is not truthful etc please take my advice RUN I wish I had I’m: stuck With a wheelchair I can’t sell on Marketplace as they do not allow: This man banned my husband from the store citing he threatened him with a bad review really? You can’t make this up. Please run you WILL regret it.
