No one answers the phone calls. You get a recorded message and there is no way to ask someone personally any questions you might have regarding the testing needed. Very frustrating.

It’s absolutely insane on how people are being treated here. I hope the management from LabCorp reads all these reviews for a change. I came this morning to my appointment and I was called 5 minutes after I arrived to be informed that my insurance don’t cover the lab work. Nobody ever told me that over the phone. When I asked how much it will cost out of pocket, the receptionist answered with “I have no idea, be my guest.” She didn’t care, and actually was clear to me that she didn’t want to help. The way she talks, the rudeness of that person.. I found this to be very disrespectful to others. If that person is not capable of doing her work, please move forward and let others to do your job well done.

Appointments can be made online. It seems that they do not answer the phone. It only gives a recorded response.
All labs aren't picking up because they want you to schedule your appointments via the computer.
Very expensive. Try to find some clinic that helped with that. Search the Internet for Help for uninsured person who needs blood work.
No l don't ! I guess you need the doctors prescription so they can give you the tools to put the specimen in it!
You can walk in. I didn't made the app. I just was there at 7 am.
