Being new to the Omaha area I was worried I was going to have to go to a place like David's Bridal like all my sisters had to (which they had less than a great experience). However, from the moment I called Spotlight formal Robbin was helpful and caring, you can truly tell she loves her job and taking care of her clients. I was able to set up an appointment at her location where it was just me in her bridal shop with my parents (who were visiting from out of town) and the little touches she puts in the shop to welcome you and make the experience all about you is truly not something I think you would find at a big corporate shop. Not to mention the dresses are all beautiful and reasonably priced. She also makes you feel like you are old friends trying on dresses while she helps you in and out of them to make you feel extremely comfortable and make it such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. She is also extremely creative in altering ideas to make any dress your dream dress. I will definitely recommend her shop to anyone getting married or needing formal wear for a special occasion. Thank you Robbin- I also loved meeting your Daughter and her friend, they were so sweet!

Though I thought I was going to buy my wedding dress here I did not due to finding my dress somewhere else. However, my experience here was nothing short of wonderful! The owner and the staff that helped my family and I when we were there were amazing! Thank you for being awesome and not pushy when it comes to buying something.
