Shopping experience, 5 stars. Follow through, 0. Our expensive weeping cherry died. It had always looked a little under the weather, but we attributed it to shock from planting. When it completely died, we took the receipt to the nursery to discuss a solution, but they wouldn’t even hear us. Response was that when it leaves their nursery it’s not their problem, and asserted that we’d done something to cause the problem. Nothing around it has died, it was watered every evening - and the tree in its place before this was thriving. Zero concern. I expect more from a local business. You must back up the quality of your goods, and blaming the customer is never a win. We’re sad because we liked shopping here, but obviously that won’t happen again.
