They are open 24hrs a day. But the customer service SUCKS. I've had to wait in line with up to 10 other ppl with only one cashier (maybe 2) while other employees are standing around talking or doing other things. No smiles or even thank you. Very Inconvenient store.
Ive always had great service every time. Talk to a manager. Im sure they will take care of everything.
