Took my friends dog several times. Standing appointments were made and confirmed by Amy. Always some kind of issue. Ears cut way too short. Nails forgotten. The coat had been cut unevenly or too short even after a reminder call from the owner right before drop off of what the owner wanted. Appointment times said to be wrong (not sure how when they were standing appointments) Poor communication and follow thru! My friends dog is small and often was left with constant barking very large dogs. The small dog could not wait to get out! So sad! Just to mention a few things. So after years of service and the grooming quality severely declining along with disrespect and poor communication my friend has made a decision to trust her fur baby with a new groomer. This was sad that my friend has had to pay caregivers to transport her fur baby and schedule them during times of her own care just to be told her appointment time was something different than the standing appointments for the last several months. So the dog didn’t groomed, my friend still had to pay a caregiver for her their time and when spoken to Jamie was very argumentative putting the miss communication on my friend who is disabled. One would think after several years of servicing the small sweet dog Jamie as the owner would have apologized and tried to make the appointment work considering it had been a standing appointment for several prior months as the dog was groomed monthly!

I go here every couple months for nail trims and have been for a couple of years for my three dogs. When I called to find out the hours on a Saturday I was told they would be to busy to help me that day! To bad they didn't want to make 36 bucks in about 10 minutes

I have been taking my dogs to be groomed here for years and trust them to care for them. The two that I have now are very anxious & nervous with bad separation anxiety but they are always happy to go see the ladies at 4 Paws!
