Every time I come to this store it is a bad experience so this time I’ll leave a review and won’t return. I stood in line for quite a while when they had us move to a different line for someone else to scan our return codes. Issue with that is the person in front of us had an issue so multiple people who had been in there are now being passed by others behind them at the counter. When I brought it up.. if we should move back over to the counter while she fixed the issue a blonde woman bit my head off. I was very polite and calm when asking and she was rude, raised her voice and acted very unprofessional to a question. “It is hard to regulate the line” with disrespectful mams to sound better. I suggest watch the camera footage 1:26pm time frame. The company should teach better stress tolerance.

Great team at this location. Very friendly and efficient. There was a long line but they were quick to get everyone taken care of. It cant be an easy job dealing with idiots who do not know how to ship a package but they handle it well. Good job ladies! Thank you for your help.

The blonde woman who was working on 5/18/22 at 5pm needs to deliver packages instead of shipping them out since she has no tolerance for customer service. She’s got too much frustration in her voice to be up front. Now there’s a big line bc she’s busy being rude. Oh and she told me that my package which was 2 regular pairs of pants would be “$50 ground shipping” to California. Yeah right. It was $14 the last time I had a clothing return not too long ago again for only 2 clothing items no heavier than 2 pairs of cheap womens jeans. No point in coming here if she’s working. And if you have an accent just don’t come here. They’ll abrasively cut you off and say “WELL I DONT SPEAK SPANISH SO YOU’LL HAVE TO FIGURE IT OUT”

I had 9 or so packages to mail and two had to be repackaged. It was done kindly n efficently! The gentleman saved me money for certain. I appreciated the help n service so much. Thank you again.
