Sooo I have mixed feelings as for one visit everyone was very helpful with my personal issues of not having a phone and then breaking down and my credit card not working due to problems with the system of the card provider. Walked along way with my small dog under my hoodie trying to keep us both warm from the very cold winds late night. The employees allowed my dog to stay at my side while they looked up numbers for me so i could try and call from the store phone for help to get home. VERY THANKFUL TO ALL THOSE THAT NIGHT. Tonight my girl just wanted to make a return. But because i asked her to try and take her time so i could go online with my new phone and catch up on things. She got profiled and was told returns are not allowed after 9 pm. She was sent to this store from another after the first store couldnt process the return due to computer malfunction. So I go inside and ask politley to the manager to please help and do the return. She tells me NO RETURNS AFTER 9. I look around reading the return policy and point out that NO WHERE DOES IT SAY A TIME FRAME. It is a 24hr store and no place give a timeframe. She says the store managerdoesnt allow it. As i walk away she then says," she was in here looking at stuff quite awhile before going to the register. She could of done it first!"!!! WTH??? WE DIDNT GET THERE TILL AFTER 9PM. !!!!=== PROFILED AS A THIEF!!! We have all receipts!! I guess if you spend more then 10 min in a place you become suspiciously profiled and up to no good!!! Rude, wrong and embarrassing. Great customer service there Manager!! Way to take care of your people that provide business that helps your employer write your paycheck.!!!💰
