The Clean Machine

A machine took my $3.50 and gave an error reading. I called the owner and was asked to send my address via text and he would return my $. This was 3/23/22. On April 8th I text again informing him my refund had not been received. FYI, my phone tells me when my text messages have been read so I know he got them. During my visit 3/23/22, the facility was dirty, there were many items of trash on the floor and it looked as though it had not been swept for a long time. The faucet I used would not shut off so I had to call the owner again he then proceeded to instruct me how to get it stop which I did for him. It is now April 30th 2022 and I have so not received the refund promised to me. I will not return to his business and suggest everyone else find a different facility to complete their laundry needs. Machines not working takes ur money and durty water comes out. No number to call for attendance or owner. I came here all the time but pass 2 months is been horrible. So sad.

My personal experience when using this laundromat is that it has been clean and occasionally there is a machine that may be out of order but that is no different from other laundromats anywhere. I've talked with the owner and he cares about his laundromat. So far I've not lost money in the machines and they work well. Also have had good experience with the dryers. Sometimes there are people who don't care and abuse the use of others equipment no matter where you go.

The place isn't open Hasn't been for the past two days/ They say open 365 days a year... but who knows how long they haven't been open before I tried to go there. Must not be making any money. Maybe just a tax right off. A couple of machines have been busted for months maybe even a year. If they aren't there to clean the place at night then they sure as hell don't know what is going on. You can see a wire is broken on the door that may activate the door. Don't try to call them... the mail box is full and has been so for months also. These people shouldn't be allowed to own a business in town... let alone any place else. Maybe if the business was run by Mexicans or Muslims it would be open today. Doesn't seem Americans give a crap about giving good service anymore.
