I love this 7-11 I have a great relationship with the employees they always are super nice! Except for the new lady they have in there she’s very unorganized and rude. Literally made us wait outside for about 5 mins while she did inventory. Usually they do that in between customers but instead we had to wait outside.Thank you for the rating! Can’t wait to see you again soon!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Waited for nearly ten minutes to be served and then got told by the employee that she simply wasn’t going to sell us the scratchers we requested and when we asked for a reason, she couldn’t give us one. Left completely dumbfounded. Never going back.
