Was recommended years ago by my sisters, so I took a chance. Great prices on mattresses (not the other furniture though), however the customer service and systems are poor and unreliable (pre, mid and post covid). Told one thing by the manager and assistant manager, then got to the store and told something different by the same manager as if I’m to accommodate their misinformation when I’m acting as I was instructed and on time. Now a second trip is in order to pick up an item that wasn’t at the store as I was promised and which they refuse to mail to me! Won’t be shopping there or recommending again. Love my new mattress is the silver lining. UPDATE: So thankful that management was timely in resolving the issue by dropping the remaining item by my home before end of day. That one act goes a long way and I hope provides an opportunity to do better and for others to enjoy the great mattress prices here. Now for a good night’s rest!

Horrible company...I purchased a sectional from them and it ripped at the seam I haven't had this sectional long maybe 6 months its still under manufacture warranty. I purchased my own warranty and can't use it because I just got it but the company won't let me use the manufacture warranty either. I paid over a thousand dollars for this cheap made sectional. If you sit on it there is a print left where you was sitting. On top of that when you sit down it moves . I wouldn't suggest anyone buy anything from them.

I ordered a couch chair and ottoman back in 2016 for my brand new house that I built. I purchased the protection plan and had amazing service when buying the furniture. In 2020 my couch had literally fell apart so they sent somebody out to try and repair it and found out that it would cost more to repair than just getting me a new couch. We could not find the exact couch so we bought a new couch from somewhere else. I still have a credit on my account that I need to use from purchasing the protection plan and every time I try and get a hold of somebody at one of the locations or even call the corporate office no one will answer or return my phone calls. I have left a message for the accounting department the marketing department and every other department at the corporate office just trying to get somebody to call me back. It keeps saying for immediate assistance text the phone number and I have with no response. If you were thinking about buying from this company DONT. They might’ve been a good company back in 2016 but now they have gone downhill and who knows how long they’re going to still be in business for. I am prepared to take them to court if I don’t get a reimbursement for what I paid for the protection plan or get the items that I would like to purchase with the protection plan money.

We had a great experience. Marty I believe is the manager and he is definitely about customer service. We also worked with Frank who was also very helpful. They have a great stock of mattresses, great prices, timely delivery (with 24 hours) and even went the extra mile when our box spring didn’t fit through our door. They came up with a great solution and waived the the 2nd delivery fee even though it wasn’t their fault. Finally, Marty came and actually helped with the 2nd delivery late in the day so that we could have the two beds set up for my children that evening. We’ll be back for future mattress needs as well as couches, etc. Thanks!

Well ! . . . . . This place is a retail furniture story. Quality acceptible by Americans . . . I'm sure you could find better quality furniture at Carroll House furniture.
