I ordered cabinets and an island in August, my kitchen renovation started in January. The first set of cabinets, every single piece came damaged. The kitchen place I'm working with submitted a claim for my entire kitchen. The second set of cabinets just arrived and again 90% came damaged. The finish is with worn, chipped, or has what appears to be glue on it. The wood on the boxes is either splitting, dented, or damaged, the frames aren't constructed properly so some of the fronts are sticking out 1/2 more than the other. The pieces on the kick board are warped and don't lay flat. The plywood is the cheapest plywood I've ever seen. I've been without a kitchen for 3 months, and I have a small child and work from home. I'm told I just have to keep going through this process or replacing all my cabinets as a solution. I left a message for the Director of customer service and never got a call back. This has been the most stressful experience. The fact that this company would rather keep making and sending out junk rather than issue a refund or take the time to do things right, shows that they are making a product with horrible quality. No company would chose to do that unless they are cutting corners. All of the boxes are extremely thin and were taped very poorly, so they essentially were falling apart upon delivery. There is no padding or bubble wrap, or corner protectors on most items, which is a reason the majority of items come damaged. Please don't ever purchase from this company. The produce horrible products and do not care about their customers.

I paid for cabinet it came cut apart and glued back together. The cabinets were of good quality however the shipping boxes could have been better. The side liners to the cabinets were miss so paint was used to complete the installation. Not a Grade A job even if the craftsmanship was great. For the price a better job on measuring and correct location for installation. Call me

See receptionist in front office, ask to fill out an application (you must fill it out there). Must be able to read a tape measure accurately in 1/16ths, experience is helpful but not required.
I did that to time and was sent back to the contractor who install them. The cabinet were installed with laziness. The workmanship was less then. If you pass my name to a sales person and send me a name I will be happy to call them.
Normally Designers Choice Cabinetry will only sell directly to dealers and representatives. Feel free to call and ask customer service.
You should contact your rep you purchased through, they can help you with this issue and getting it replaced under your warranty.
