Always loved this place, great staff. The Vitamin Shoppe was the first brick-and-motar store to carry Kaged Muscle (now Kaged) which I love because I don’t like shopping online. Past couple of years been difficult to consistently keep product in stock. I chalked it up to the pandemic and supply chain crisis. That was until I watched the episode of Under Cover Boss highlighting the faults with their ordering system. I drove all the way out there to find they are out of hydra-charge still and yet again. Without sharing that I watched that episode, I asked the staff when they expect to get more in and they repeated verbatim the same issues with the ordering system and what does come in is highly disorganized in totes. You don’t let any humans touch ordering, its all automated. I understand outs happen from time to time. But hydra-charge had many flavors that I should be reasonably able to expect to be able to purchase the product even if its not the flavor I wanted. The point of all of this is to inform you of the business you are losing. My need as the consumer is to have a brick-and-motor store where I can buy what I am looking for without needing to plan days in advance and pay extra for shipping. As a business that operates brick and motor stores that carries the product I want, you have the opportunity to earn my business. But instead if trusting the humans that you employ at this store to listen to my needs, corporate is so stuck on AI that it is willing to ignore my business. AI cannot fix something like this when there is a months-long issue of being out of something so the data will never prompt a correction of this issue. If I am going to be forced to shop online, I will go to other sources. I’m not going to buy off of your website when you show me at the store level you don’t care about my needs. Very disappointing how little you think of the humans you employ to not trust them to order inventory to correct issues.
