Sad and Disappointed! Been going here for decades. I’m knowledgeable about wines, know it sounds funny, but the Blackberry wine was the best. Kept a venerable institution going through the hippie years. The other wines were average (last time I was there 4 or 5 years ago), the mead was good with Thanksgiving one year. Today, find out they dropped the entire fruit wine line! Over-rated flavored meads are a sorry replacement. Plus, my boy was petting a cat in the parking lot, and the ungracious wench at the register was mean to him. Did a lousy job “selling” dry & sweet wine flights to me. But the worst is killing that fruit wine tradition, best I ever tasted. Won’t be back.

These guys are fantastic. I visited them a couple weeks ago in Monterey. I had 6 bottles shipped to the house. They'd forgotten some mulling spices for a lovely mead that they had. Before I could call to ask, they FedEx'd several packs. Super friendly.
