Drivers do not use signals or check blind spots Almost got hit on the road.

Only needed to hear a dispatcher say I don't need that dramatic s#!t today when a driver told him he was a danger on the road because of how tired he was . You care more about profit than humans lives... All I need to know

Been working here for 11 years. Great equipment, pay ,benefits and bonuses. Will retire here, honestly the best company I've driven for in 20 years as a trucker. Work hard , keep your record clean and get paid and treated appropriately. As with every company or individual you get treated as you treat others. (Give respect , get respect) You are part of a team here so don't come thinking your the best of the best or the my way or the highway mentality. No snowflakes need apply because you WILL put in work or you won't last. As for alot of the negative reviews let's be realistic adults, most are playing the victim (common today) but truthfully they don't understand that company's don't revolve around their feelings or their demands. Lots of complaining about driving sleepy or tired yet the truth is the management of their 10 hr break time. You get a 10 hr break regardless but are they resting or using this time irresponsibly (bing watching videos, playing games or on Facebook for hours)? Also complaining about micromanaging but you have to realize the new drivers of today need to be micromanaged until they prove themselves. To those saying "they flew me there and didn't hire me" You know what's on your record but think it's all good (like abandoning truck while under a load , moving violations on your record or the inexcusable number of late deliveries at previous employment as examples) then blame recruiting for you not being hired , really ??? Be an adult, be responsible, be a team player, be safe and learn how you can be an asset and you'll fit right in. 1st Corinthians 15 : 1-4 JESUS IS LORD.

Isaias, I see you left us a one star review. Did we do something that disturbed you? Just curious.
I wouldnt thats grounds for divorce lols
As most companies do they'll let you get a advance. I don't believe that they hold your check. You work that week then next week you get paid.
I no longer am with K and B, with Mesilla Valley, but K and B is a very good company. They have good equipment, and will help you become a better person as well as driver. Very grateful for my time there.
We do not unfortunately.
Yes depending on load and HOS and they highly prefer you to take your 8 or 10 hours at a Pilot/Flying J or Loves
I live in New Jersey, do you have regional work?
I have 3 years experience
I did not see any teams or had anyone in the.company orientation refer to team drivers.
The sign on bonus is right
Kerry and Bradley
They have Aetna
They have a home weekly but you will only get 1 day off. Pretty much get home sleep all day cuz you have to role out on time. 2 weeks 2 days. Its a good company there family orientated
South Sioux city Nebraska
Unfortunately we do not hire in Nevada.
Supervan on Miami in KC, KS
Unfortunately we do not.
Drivers here choose between Midwest and National with Midwest drivers typically going as far east as the OH/PA line and West as Denver, anything north and south inbetween.
They guarantee 2500 miles a week. The sleepers are 6' single bunk. I'm not sure on the 48, most of there runs are mid west.
About 3 days and orientation pay is 1000
Truck is set at 67 mph. Riders are allowed with additional insurance.
Unfortunately we don't hire in Alabama.
They have apu and cbs. My wife drives for them and we've had a 2018 Volvo and a 2018 Freightliner. Neither of them came with ice boxes.
For the most part we run the midwest. However you should call into recruiting and they will give you an exact answer.
&
All refrigerated trailers and great equipment. No in cab cameras or radar in the front bumper to apply the brakes for you.
No. I've been with K&B for over 14 years and will continue until I retire.
The do have regular routes available in the Midwest and I hear that's available in texas as well.... In orientation they will encourage you to stay active 21 days with 3 days off when you come home
You'll be happy there, if you're not shy about running good miles I say go for it.
I received your email and sent you a response with the number to call.
Give Shaun a call he's the recruiter I'm sure he will work with you. Shaun is pretty reasonable.
They havd them and you cant use your own. Have to use everything of theirs. My hubby drove for them for three months. He left cuz he always felt like a zombie. No sleep. They want you to run as soon as yoyr clock is good. They also interrupt you on your break. Which is illegal. A company cant interrupt your 10 hr break. If they do your 10hrs starts all over again. The only good thing about this company is the guaranteed pay.
