You'll be happy there, if you're not shy about running good miles I say go for it.
Yes, what your hearing/ reading from K&B is spot on. The money, equipment, all of it. If it were me, i wouldn't hesitate, i honestly believe you will be more than happy with K&B.
The guarantee can be beaten easily, I've done it most weeks. Most of the runs are overnight runs, so you have to be able to drive at night, but there are day runs as well, just don't expect to only run one or the other. I've done a 34 without home time, and it didn't negate the guarantee. Never had a problem getting my rest, as KB is very serious about staying legal. I've been very happy with KB transportation, and if you are looking for a job that actually makes the bills, you will be too.
Thanks y'all for your response...I currently run night day early mornin,I've seen my share of sun rises, sunsets and said goodnight to the afternoon sun..lol. I'm new in the industry so from the start I trained myself to run hard and do what it takes to prove myself as a rookie. I have it good where I'm at , but they put me in a automated 18 freight and after 45,000 miles I still don't like it and has been taking the joy of driving away..i have expressed that to my co. Several times and nothing so im looking to take my work ethic somewhere else and its looking like KnB..those trucks are not safe..not to mention the dash cams and video watching..etc.so
Being that I work there, let me be honest with you, it has taken a few months to get where I like k&b. The money is great, they get you home time, the truck might have a few hundred k miles but they take care of them, you get a fridge and a cb, apu. They might get a little bit aggravating at times especially those on night shift but after 3 months they seem to be ok with me now and dont wake me up early anymore. You wont get 34 hour resets unless you take home time, you will sometimes run 100 miles after a ten to take another ten. You might get tired. But be responsible and always on time. It's not too bad a place to work.
Yes, they are. But make more money with hirschbach motor line. 2019 equipment
