The vet tech Jen is absolutely amazing. You can tell she absolutely cares about the animals as well as their owners! We took our puppy in & she put us at ease quickly. We went in scared & worried & left with smiles & a much happier puppy!

I hate writing reviews. This might actually be my first. I had to though, because these guys did such a great job handling the death of my dog. I raised this dog from a puppy and spent 12 wonderful years with him. When his time came they were super kind about the process. They gave me all the time I needed with him. Afterwards, they didn't bother me with payment details or anything else. I was able to just head home. Overall, even though it was a very sad time it went as well as it could go because of an excellent staff. Thank you!

I am currently sitting at this clinic waiting for my dog to be seen. He was bit, and his eye is out of the socket and he is bleeding. We rushed here seeking emergency care, yet still had to wait 45+ minutes for him to be seen, while his eye continued to bleed and bulge further out of the socket. We are still waiting after having a vet tech look at him, as he has clearly lost vision in that eye, is still bleeding, and continues to appear worse. I understand systems being down and being busy, but this is an urgent matter. I understand wanting to be fair to others waiting, but some cases are much more urgent than others. When a dog has an eye out of its socket, has trauma to the head, and is bleeding, they should be a priority even if others have been waiting. Editing this to add, you can see they reached out below, but after multiple emails to them I have not received any response back to actually address this issue.

It is an emergency clinic. We have done business with them 3 or times when we had an emergency. They may only do emergencies and referrals. It would be best to call them and ask.

Even small amounts are very dangerous to animals. You should take your dog to the vet as soon as possible.

For emergency care, I remember the price as $100., flat fee, maybe? I bought pet insurance a few years ago, and it eased the financials incredibly. I can't understate how much it helped.
