My wife and I took our American Staffy/boxer mix, Bentley, in for his annual check-up (our first since we got him late last year). We let the staff know in advance that he was dog-reactive, and they were great about communicating with us about when to take him into the facility so that he wouldn't freak out with other pets there. Each of the staff members displayed great cordiality and professionalism, and the employees who had to draw blood or do other tasks that our anxious dog was scared about did so with kindness and a sense of understanding. We received top-notch pet care and look forward to taking Bentley back in the future.

I called VCA when my dog took a turn for the worst; although it was close to closing time, they fit us in took their time giving us all the options. We were very impressed with the dignity and patience they showed all of us. Thank you for taking our concerns seriously and we will forever be thankful.

Great experience with them! My cat was throwing up and they saw me within an hours notice. Very transparent on treatment and pricing (they will give you a quote before treatment) and super friendly staff.

Questions & Answers

Great staff. As a first time pet owner I'm not up to date on what it costs to see the vet. But my parents tell me that your services are expensive.

I have been using VCA since Denver. They are about normal price for us to pay, though they are on the expensive side. If you have an exotic pet (birds, rats, ferrets) you can pay a little more. They are a really awesome team though and in my case worth the money spent on them. I don't mind paying a little extra just to make sure my fur babies are happy and healthy.

I believe it is the same. Also they have a deal for new patients. Check out their website!!

Would you put a dog down that can't walk no more due to arthritis and losing his hearing

That's a hard question to answer. It would depend on the age of the dog and if I did I would have it cremated and keep the ashes
