Everyone was very helpful and friendly

I will never recomend this place to anyone. The sales people promise you one thing and the service people don't listen to you and do what the sales person promised. They make you feel like you don't know what your talking about. The repair people lie!

Return was quickly done and found a replacement with no problem.

They have a trade-in program. Unlike Gamestop who will give cash for games, Best Buy will give you a Best Buy gift card.
It depends what the error message is, most likely it's an ink issue. If you don't use it often enough the ink dries and clogs the nozzles. Your printer's maintenance menu has procedures for this. One of the reasons ink is so expensive is that there's cleaners and lubricants in the ink too, so regular use takes care of most issues. If the printer head is actually damaged, your best bet is a new printer. This is because most printers cost less than the ink to refill them, so repair just isn't worth it. Unless you need color, I'd go with a laser printer. While more expensive up front, there's less maintenance and the cost per page is significantly lower. Check the Wirecutter and Consumer Reports for good recommendations.
No, best buy doesn't trade in routers. We will recycle them, though.
You'll have to order it on our website, they're all preowned.
Yes, they sell PS5s. I believe you can put stuff on layaway, but that requires at least some payment up front.
I would go in person to set up a appointment no room for error.
As an employee, I can tell you the easiest way is using the Best Buy app on your phone. You can log in to your account and immediately have access to everything from your card, to any protection you have, etc. Otherwise, bestbuy.com also gives you access to this information. You can also call the bank directly, the number is on your card.
As an employee, no. There isn't a program we sell to replace it.
To my knowledge Best Buy does not recycle computer items. You can take them to Goodwill bytes. They will take all of your computer stuff VHS movies Etc did not pay for them though you are donating them. If you are trying to get cash for your items I would suggest CD Tradepost or one of the similar stores in Omaha
You don't have to but during this holiday season, it would be most ideal to get you better 1 on 1 service by setting up a time frame to work with a sales rep... Or so I was told by the BB staff.
Nope. Mask up though.
American Recycling will probably take it. You can google for the phone number.
Your call gets routed to an off-site call center. This is why you may not get through at first.
None
Yes I went through them roughly 2 months ago and they were more than helpful with their customer service and being delivered to your house is immaculate. Just go to the store and if you need something delivered they will more than compensate for what you need to be installed into your house
I don't believe they do. At least not at the Lincoln location.
I would type in that exact model to Google and check the sites that come up
I really don't know. I would suggest calling them to find out.
I've heard of it
I was only a customer also. But Best Buy has a whole home protection plan wherein they will repair all home electronics.
Onkyo service
Yes we do. There are a few options.
You can make payments on your best buy cc in store using cash or check.
Most likely they can, the cost will carry depending on what they have to do.
Yes they do!
Happy nailed it!
Lincoln Best Buy no longer carries NET10 phones in store. They might on their website (bestbuy.com) I'd check there.
If you're looking for a usb stick, of course they do, all usb sticks are universal
We have dedicated phone operators but generally receive at least 100 phone calls per day. Make sure you were dialing the right number and correctly following the voice prompts.
I don't think so. Belly up and buy cup head, its fun
Depends on the vehicle and which starter you want.
No
Tube TVs up to 32" and flat panels up to 50" are $25 per unit. If they're delivering, they can haul away your old one foot $20. If you just want one hauled away, it's $100.
Actually, no T- Mobile or US Cellular. There is a wide selection of unlocked phones, but the only major-name phone you can get in an unlocked version is the galaxy s8/s9. Won't sell iPhones un-activated.
Yes, they charge, give the re store a call, they may not charge
$25. Goodwill is no longer accepting TVs. I just went through this last weekend. It actually depends on the size of the screen. If the TV is big enough (50" inches and up, i think), there's no cost.
Well the Geek Squad could surely help you out, if all else fails we do have so good local repair men around.
