Office papers signed. If your late more than 15 MN..it's a problem and a 25.00 fee. If a 'no show' a 25.00 fee. They ask you to be at least 15 min prior to appt time. I sent all papers and id and ins info prior to appt. I was 6 min early..i Waited over hour in reception then put in a room. Another 15 min ... I had this appt schedule for over a month. This is not a Holistic vibe at all. My anxiety was off the charts by hr and 15 and with no reasoning by staff. Very disappointed. Wasted $ fuel. I'm sending bill to Dr. I for reimbursement.

Did my physical therapy at the Melbourne location. Great staff everyone very friendly and caring, special thanks to Dr Fowler and Julia for the hard work. Had a knee replacement in December and had me back to full duty by March. Highly recommend this place for PT.

It does depend on what issues you are tackling, you also have to have an exam to see what areas on your body that need more work than others , if your there for multiple areas, belive me , there are going to be days that your not gonna want to get out of bed , but Dr. Fowler & her team know just how to take care of you !!!!!!!!!, Belive me you will not REGRET IT !!!!! The facility is run by a Dr Schlumpf. The actual day to day physical therapy is under the guidance of a Dr. Fowler who has a staff of PT technicians. They do evaluations each session you attend and then Dr. Schlumpf met with me twice to discuss progress and next steps. Dr. Fowler was always there in the room for my PT sessions.
